Please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes early to sign your paperwork and consent forms. These forms can be found on my website if you would like to bring them in fully completed at the time of your appointment. Due to limited availability and high demand, a deposit non-refundable is due at the time of booking to secure the time slot of your appointment. Cancellations will NOT be refunded. No show = No reschedule
If you have questions concerning if you qualify for the treatment please reach out to me prior to booking your appointment, I will be happy to discuss if the treatment or service is right for you.
If you have had your lashes previously done by another lash artist we do not guarantee our lash fills for up to 3 lashes fill appointments with us.
CLIENT-ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM:
Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we kindly request that they do not come back with you to the treatment area. The artist must be able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family tend to be a distraction for both the client and the artist.
CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND BABIES.
Though we love children, toddlers, and babies, we must kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, they are a distraction to the artist. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not allow refunds or cancellations at any time or for any reason.
Note: A 15% gratuity fee will be included for all services.
Note: Touchups within 30 days are $50. An appointment scheduled after 30 days will be $100. After 60 days $150 and 60-90 days $200.
A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments. This charge is what our merchant processor charges for any and all credit card payments.
Follow-up appointments: After the initial treatment, your body will start to heal itself. The healing process will include some fading. Therefore, the follow-up session is necessary for semi-permanent lasting results. Eyeliner, lip liner, and lip blush may or may not require an additional touch-up appointment and all this depends on the client’s skin and post-care procedures.
TARDINESS:
Please plan to arrive at The Permanent Makeup Studio 15 minutes before the start of your appointment. You will need to complete a consent and medical intake form. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment.
Permanent Makeup and lash extensions are a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. We frown upon rescheduling any service; however, it will be up to the technician’s discretion to grant the rescheduled request. If you need to reschedule for any reason, we require that you request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client.
As a reminder consultations are always free; however, we do require a deposit to ensure your time slot. We will refund you at the time of your appointment if you decide not to proceed with the treatment. If you decide to proceed this amount will go towards your service.
IF A CLIENT IS MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED & YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Please give yourself extra time for parking.
If you are late, it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results.
We are located in the countryside mall on the 1st floor. If you park at Dillard’s walk through and we are on the right side next to Box Lunch.
RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT:
Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:
Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan)
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist at The Permanent Makeup Studio work might be compromised or their ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results.
